Linear Cutting

Standard straight cuts.

Complex Cutting

Lumicor Fabrication has the ability to cut complex shapes such as curves or shapes.

Drilling

Holes can be drilled into Lumicor panels in any size and in any thickness. Holes are drilled for use with stand offs and other hardware.

Cutting

No matter the shape or application you design, we can fabricate panels according to your vision. From simple cuts to complex forms, your panels can be fabricated and ready for immediate installation in a space.

Anchor 1

Thermoforming

Lumicor panels are manufactured using thermoplastic resin allowing the possible forming of complex shapes in a heated state.

Line Bending

Create corners using this forming technique. Heat is applied to a straight edge and the Lumicor panel is bent to create an angle..

Forming

Cold Forming

Lumicor panels may be mechanically cold-formed into simple curves by bending the sheet while being held by physical stops, such as a frame system

Vacuum Forming

A very precise way of forming. Using a metal mold, heat, and a vacuum to form Lumicor panels into shapes.

Edge Profiling

Sanding and polishing is the best way to "finish" Lumicor panels. Panels can be finished with an eased, radius, bevel, full miter or a full
bullnose edge.

Edge Sealing

Using various techniques including UV sealing, edge welding and chemical seals, Lumicor panels can be protected from moisture.

Finishing

Edge Finishing

Gloss or Matte.

Bonding & Gluing

Gluing panels together is done to create larger than standard sheets and complex 3-D shapes. Panels can be bonded to other surfaces as well, using glues and chemicals.
